Manuscript Submission Format

Authors submitting manuscripts to CHARUVIDHYA – CHARUSAT Journal are required to prepare their papers strictly according to the prescribed journal template to ensure uniformity, readability, and smooth publication processing.

1. General Submission Guidelines

  • Manuscripts must present original and unpublished research work.
  • The paper should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • All submissions must follow the prescribed CHARUVIDHYA template.
  • The minimum length of the manuscript must be 6 pages.
  • Manuscripts should be written in clear and concise academic English.
  • Authors are responsible for plagiarism compliance and ethical standards.

2. Manuscript Preparation Format

  • Document Format: LaTeX (Preferred) / MS Word
  • Page Size: A4
  • Layout: Single Column
  • Font Style: Times New Roman / Springer Recommended Fonts
  • Figures and tables must be properly numbered and cited.
  • References should follow standard scholarly citation format.

3. LaTeX Submission (Recommended)

Authors are encouraged to prepare their manuscripts using the CHARUVIDHYA LaTeX Template, which is compatible with Springer-style conference formatting.

  • Download the CHARUVIDHYA LaTeX Template (ZIP File).
  • Do not modify template structure or formatting styles.
  • Ensure successful compilation before submission.

Steps to Upload and Compile the LaTeX File on Overleaf

  1. Visit https://www.overleaf.com and log in to your account.
  2. Click on “New Project” on the dashboard.
  3. Select “Upload Project” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Upload the CHARUVIDHYA LaTeX ZIP file directly (do not extract it).
  5. Overleaf will automatically extract files and open the project.
  6. Ensure the main file (e.g., samplepaper.tex) is selected.
  7. Click the Recompile button to generate the PDF.
  8. Warnings (if any) may be reviewed in the log panel.

4. Important Notes

  • Submissions not following the prescribed format may be returned for revision.
  • The Editorial Board reserves the right to request formatting corrections.
  • Final acceptance is subject to peer review and editorial approval.
