Submissions

Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit their original, unpublished manuscripts to the CHARUVIDHYA – CHARUSAT Journal. Our editorial team rigorously assesses all submissions to ensure alignment with the journal’s scope, and they then undergo a double-masked peer-review process.

Authors are strongly encouraged to review the official submission guide from the Public Knowledge Project, "Learning OJS for Authors," to understand the submission workflow on the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.

Pre-Submission Preparation Checklist: As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all the following items. Submissions may be returned to authors who do not adhere to these guidelines:

• Originality: The submission has not been previously published, nor is it currently under consideration by another journal.

• Formatting: The manuscript strictly adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Instructions to Authors and uses the official Manuscript Submission Format templates.

• Ethics and Consents: All authors have approved the final manuscript. Necessary permissions have been obtained to publish all included figures, datasets, and supplementary materials.

• Blind Review Preparation: To ensure a double-masked review, the primary manuscript file has been anonymized, with author details and affiliations removed (these will be captured directly in the system metadata and title page).

• Declarations: The Conflict of Interest Statement, Copyright Transfer Statement, and any Generative AI disclosures are prepared for upload as supplementary files.
